I don’t even know how to describe these, they are like peanut butter candy/fudge wrapped around corn flakes. All I know is they are way to easy to make and super super delicious!
Corn Flake Cookies
original recipe from here
1 c sugar
1 c corn syrup
1 jar of White Chocolate Wonderful peanut butter
6 c corn flakes
1. Combine the sugar and corn syrup in a large pot and warm to a boil on low (trust me, you do not want to burn sugar. ick.)
2. Once the sugar combo is at a full boil turn off the burner and remove from heat. Stir in the entire jar of peanut butter until combined.
3. Stir in the six cups of corn flakes (this will get messy) and pour the mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper to cool.
I thought these were best the same day but Mr. Pie was still enjoying them three days later. I also made this with Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter for Mr. Pie’s coworker and they were delicious. This is a quick and easy recipe to have in your back pocket for the next potluck or party over the summer.
